Abrahams provides online coaching, study materials, mock exams, and other resources designed to assist individuals in preparing for the NCLEX examination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at our sole discretion.

3. No Refund Policy

Abrahams maintains a strict no-refund policy for all coaching services and materials provided. Once a payment has been made for any course or material, you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as determined by us under extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for our services must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Abrahams reserves the right to change the pricing and fees for its services at any time without prior notice. If any changes occur, the new pricing will apply to all future transactions.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, and you agree to abide by the payment processor’s terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Abrahams, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Abrahams and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials provided by Abrahams without our prior written consent.

6. User Obligations

By accessing and using Abrahams services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
• Use the services solely for lawful purposes related to preparing for the NCLEX examination.
• Not engage in any conduct that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of Abrahams services.
• Not share or distribute your access to Abrahams materials or account credentials.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Abrahams reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Non-payment of fees.

Upon suspension or termination, you will forfeit any access to course materials and will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abrahams shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that Abrahams does not guarantee any specific results or success in passing the NCLEX examination, and we are not responsible for your personal performance or success.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Abrahams will be governed by the laws of India, and any legal action or proceeding will be conducted exclusively in the courts located in Kochi, Kerala. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for any disputes.

10. Modification of Terms

Abrahams reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying users via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
